Johnny Somali has received multiple warnings from the South Korean police.

Ransey Khalid Ismael, popularly known by his alias, Johnny Somali, has been involved in several controversies, including ones that happened in South Korea. Locals have publicly assaulted the Rumble streamer for his indecent behavior, which disrupted their peace.

In a recent stream, Johnny Somali and his friend, Jino, were on the street when an unidentified man approached them and snatched away their smartphones. The incident happened quickly as Johnny Somali struggled to retrieve his device.

Moreover, the streamer follows the man for a certain distance while constantly shouting derogatory words. Unfazed, the man turns and throws away Somali’s phone and punches him, giving him a cut near his brow bone.

After the incident, Somali continued his team and commented that the attack came out of the blue and he had been a victim of brutal South Korean locals. However, the people closely monitor his behavior in the country.

Previously, the streamer live-streamed from Seoul, where he kissed the Statue of Peace in Itaewon in Yongsan District. Johnny Somali performed explicit dance moves in front of the statue, which represents thousands of young girls exploited during Japan’s rule over Korea from 1910 to 1945.

Further, the statue represents comfort women and is significant in the Korean community. In another incident, Somali uploaded a YouTube video of himself pouring instant noodles on a convenience store table after the staff prohibited him from drinking inside.

Authorities kicked Somali out of a subway after he played explicit content and loudly blasted North Korean music on the buses. Additionally, a masked man previously attacked the streamer, leading to an encounter with the police.

During his initial travel, Korean security pounced on Somali after he randomly screamed inside a building.

The list of his wrong deeds has been growing day by day as his actions have ranged from harassing/ intimidating people, vandalizing shops, and causing trouble to the public.

Additionally, the locals voiced their concerns to the authorities, with many expecting the streamer to be deported from the country. Previously, Somali received a 50-day ban from Jerusalem for violating local Arab and Jewish people.

Regardless of his unethical behavior, Somali justified his actions in different countries and claimed he didn’t have prior knowledge of the culture or people.

When confronted by the locals, Somali often claimed that he was a foreigner and could not speak English as an escape move.

However, viewers have reported his online content, and one wrote, “A beautiful thing happened in Korea. Johnny Somali finally got his stupid face punched. Whoever that guy is, thank you, sir. You rock!
