“Your body my choice” trends as a misogynistic comment following Donald Trump’s win!

Women across the world have supported American women against the discrimination.

Following Donald Trump’s astonishing win in the 2024 Presidential Election, youths have passed the “Your body my choice” comments on women as the Make America Great Again (MAGA) group plans to ban abortion rights in the country.

Such comments had been circulating online during Trump’s campaign as most of the Republican voters wanted to gain control over women’s bodies. After the election, the trend was brought back to life by the Groyper founder and influence, Nick Fuentes.

Through his Twitter handle, Fuenters wrote, “Your body, my choice. Forever.” The five-word tweet held so much volume, sparking debates among Republicans and Democrats. The influencer had publicly mocked the women’s movement “My body, my choice” about accessing bodily rights.

Moreover, the tweet gained over 48.7 million views and 37k likes on the platform, where women criticized the influencer for spending propaganda against them within hours of Trump’s victory.

As the statement became popular, especially among teenagers, Fuentes went on his America First livestream and reacted to the election results broadcast on PBS News. The influencer wore attire similar to Trump while laughing at Harris supporters.

During the stream, Fuentes added, “We control your bodies. Guess what? Guys win again. I’m your Republican congressman. There will never be a female president. It’s over. There’s a ceiling made of f*cking bricks and you will never break it.

Celebrities have spoken about the dangerous trend that has impacted women across the State and their safety in the community. Influencer Abbie Cahtfield took to Instagram to express her views and added, “The sexism, the misogyny, the lack of education. This is going to have such a huge impact, and I’m already seeing it as an internet personality.

Women have called for the 4B movement to fend off men from controlling their bodies!

Trump has been known for his sensual crimes throughout his political career, ranging from altercations with young women and others within the White House. During his previous tenure, the politician played a considerable role in overturning the Roe vs. Wade Act.

Moreover, the reverse of the Act declared the constitutional right to abortion, which was upheld in the country for nearly a half-century, no longer viable. The decision made reproductive healthcare unavailable in most states.

After the event, many states tried to expand their abortion access in preparation for more patients traveling from restrictive states for the procedures. The country saw an 8% increase in procedures than in 2017.

With Trump’s administration and its plans to put more restrictions on available healthcare, women have promised to follow the 4B movement inspired by the South Korean revolution.

According to CBS News, the 4B movement calls explicitly for the refusal of dating men, sensual relationships with men, marriage, and childbirth in response to the developing culture in the States.

Such a movement caused birth rates to decline for several years in South Korea, and American citizens aimed to achieve similar results. With alarming comments and viewpoints on women, the movement seems necessary to ensure their place in the country.

Since policies against women, minorities, and homosexuals have been a pivotal point of Trump’s administration, one user summed up the situation that’s bound to happen in the next four years of the politician’s reign and stated, “We can’t let these men have the last laugh. We need to bite back.

Additional Information

  • People have used “My body, my choice” to describe the freedom to make personal choices on issues affecting their bodies and health. The movement emerged in 1969 when women defended their relationships, marriages, and reproductive choices.
  • Twitter hasn’t taken action against Nick Fuentes or other users who have passed jokes about women’s reproductive rights. Others have repetitively reported the accounts, but speculations have grown that Musk’s political ideas have influenced the process.
