Officials continue their search for Harsimar Malhi, as the teen has been missing from her home for over two days. Family members and close friends have prayed for her safe return.
According to their father, Gurdeep Singh Malhi, Harsimar, who was lovingly referred to as Simar, was last seen on December 4, 2024. The 18-year-old was wearing a black hoodie during the tragic time.
Harsimar left home around 4 to 5 p.m. to go to SFU Surrey Central and never returned. She had minimal contact with her family before switching off her phone.
Moreover, her father added that the teen had left her black ACURA with license plate #VB703C. Harsimar comes from a Punjabi family that has been living in Canada for several years.
Apart from Harsimar, her family includes her mother and a younger brother, who have prayed for her safe return. The family has filed a police complaint in hopes of retrieving valuable information.
Many assumed that Harsimar might be a student at the Surrey Campus, but her family members haven’t confirmed such information.
However, Gurdeep mentioned that his daughter has brown eyes and is 5 feet 3 inches tall. He has requested his followers to share the post as much as possible and has received 2.1k shares as of writing.
Meanwhile, a close family friend claimed that Harsimar Malhi had passed away after missing for over 48 hours and wrote, “She was taken so soon. I can’t explain more. Just pray.“
But Harsimar’s father hasn’t addressed such a comment in his post, and others are awaiting official release from the family and the police.
