Saramae Radel’s journey from hockey player to banker started in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. However, an accident abruptly halted her passion for hockey, raising more questions than answers.
At Selinsgrove High School, she was a standout player and a team captain with numerous accolades.
Saramae Radel was recognized as 1st Team All-State and 1st Team All-PHAC player whose defensive prowess made her a formidable force. Likewise, her affiliation with Mansfield University aided in continuing her athletic career.
As a freshman, she emerged in all 19 games at midfield/defense while recording two goals and four assists.
Saramae Radel also scored one goal and assisted on one assist in a win over Seton Hill, which earned her the PSAC Scholar-Athlete title. This was a stepping stone for her to establish herself as a pivotal member of the team in the long haul.
Over the years, she recorded 13 goals in her career and was a participant in USA Field Hockey Futures for five years. Furthermore, Saramae Radel was a member of the German National Honors Society.

She majored in Business Administration and consistently made the Dean’s List. After graduating in 2023, she transitioned into the banking sector, starting as a market teller and quickly rising to the position of a management trainee at Fulton Bank.
