Left-wing politicians and supporters have called her takes baseless. Owens’ controversial takes don’t end there, as she came for the LGBTQ+ community after calling them plagues.
During the Live Free Tour College Session, an audience member quoted her statement, but Candance Owens responded, “Life’s tough; get a helmet, man. I’m too pregnant for this question. Next, please.“
When asked for an apology, Owens added that queer people, especially transgender people, are attempting to erase womanhood. However, such claims are subjective and have been widely criticized.
