The Texas-born and raised content creator initially posted computer science and physics videos on her YouTube. While many questioned her age, Zara Dar managed to keep the audience’s focus on her teaching style.
However, recently, she has changed her pattern of content creation, and fans have claimed that she has started wearing revealing clothes. Dar classified her videos as OnlyMath, ScienceFans, and Dear Diary.
Many claimed that Dar had been hinting at the career change for a long time. A year ago, the creator partnered with OF to create the platform’s first-ever notification robot.
Additionally, the video gained over 259k views within months while Dar continued to teach about machine learning and networking. However, Dar later added that teaching wasn’t her suited field.
Through a YouTube video titled, PhD dropout to OF model, Dar detailed her journey of quitting her studies. She stated that the decision was taken into consideration as she wanted to dedicate her full time to content creation.
To further back up her decision, Zara Dar stated, “I see people my age, who already have three years into their careers. They are claiming the ladder with senior titles. It stirred something in me.“

She received a YouTube silver play button for surpassing 100k subscribers on November 27, 2024. Dar claimed that she realized her fanbase after getting such recognition.
However, Dar’s recent decision came off as fake news and rage-baiting to some of her fans. They remarked that she might not throw years of hard work for adult content. However, Dar posted the announcement on her official accounts.
Meanwhile, others have supported her decision to join OF as being at peace, and wealthy was their preferred way of life. They assumed Dar could return to tech after retiring from the adult platform.
