Witches on Reddit and Facebook came together to cast mysterious spells on Donald Trump to contribute their spiritual energy to tamper with the 2024 Presidential Election. The occult team has gained popularity for their unusual tactics against the politician.
The incidents began gaining popularity around October 2024 when thousands of American voters who called themselves self-identified witches prayed under the crescent moon to prevent Donald Trump from winning the election.
Moreover, the witches went on TikTok Live with orange candles, tarot cards, and photos of the former President to prevent his return to office. The team chanted several spells throughout the event and ended the process by shouting, “You’re fired!“
On the other hand, conservative Christians initiated the Courage Tour to conquer the witches’ spells and campaigned across the country, embracing their supernatural powers and divine knowledge.

The group raised their hands and used collective prayer chants to rally for Trump to be President again. Further, the Courage Team protected the politician from evil forces surrounding him throughout the election.
Similarly, the witches and the Christian preachers consider each other as opposites but believe that supernatural powers have the ability, to a certain extent, to influence the election results where Kamala Harris and Donald Trump compete closely.
According to Sabina Magliocco, a professor studying the digital phenomenon, “They’re turning to the supernatural because they feel like they have no other choice. They are using whatever means possible.“
Apart from TikTok, the witches lit yellow candles in a Zoom meeting to prevent the former President from committing further harm to the country. They envisioned a new government power that could bring economic and developmental change to the States.
A shield had been protecting Trump from the witches’ spells and visions!
Despite the witches’ deliberate efforts, the politician didn’t showcase any effects as he continued campaigning across the country. The group invited new members, as the number of magic users greatly affected the spells’ powers.
Previously, Wendy Houseman, a former corporate employee who now practices witchcraft full-time, invited over 25,000 mailing list subscribers to join the rituals until the election date. Another event involved a binding spell that blocked Trump from taking any action.
Additionally, the #BindTrump and #MagicResisitance groups were created to communicate the rituals to magic users nationwide. The Facebook group has over 6.3k members who are up-to-date about the events against the former President.

The magic users used separate spells on Trump and his Project 2025, which he plans to implement with his official admission to the White House. Moreover, the group arranged the program on the first day of the waning moon by freezing a bottle of water with Trump’s name written on it.
However, Trump supporters haven’t backed down with their antics during the campaigns, as the team conducted a mass prayer during the Arizona conference. One attendee stated, “Our goal is for people to gather and pray for the nation. The more people praying, the stronger our odds.“
Such events aren’t new in politics, as opposition supporters conducted a candle ritual during Trump’s run in 2017. However, such events haven’t stopped Trump from marveling at his political career.
As of this writing, Trump holds the majority vote in the 2024 presidential election, with 267 out of 270 electoral votes. He has achieved over 50% of the popular vote, leaving behind Kamala Harris with 47.2% coverage.
Additional Information
- Witches have used techniques other than magic, as the powers alone cannot change the election results. They have engaged in political action, like writing letters, knocking on doors, and organizing rallies to spread awareness.
- Despite the witchcraft community against his presidential campaign, Donald Trump didn’t address the issue during his nationwide campaign that lasted for several months.
