They appeared in numerous devious institutions, along with inverted cross signs and unusual figures. As fans wondered about Pope’s relationship with such concepts, the Associated Press clarified the matter.
Additionally, they claimed that Pope Francis and Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Tagle saluted the crowd with the hand sign as it meant ‘I love you.’ The event hosted over 20,000 devotees, and the sign was one of the ways for the Pope to connect to the crowd.
