Nicole Evers-Everette has not been found since last contact with her mother, Reena, on Sunday!

Granddaughter of Medgar Evers, Nicole Evers-Everette, has vanished from her Duluth apartment in Georgia since Sunday, September 22, 2024.

As per the official press release, Nicole last spoke with her mother, Reena Evers-Everette, on Sunday at 5:55 PM EDT.

Reena said, “I am worried and terrified for my daughter, Niki. She has not reported to work this week, which is highly unusual.”

She further revealed that her daughter Nicole Evers does not have any personal belongings, like a cell phone or purse.

Except for Nicole’s car, which is missing from her apartment. As per officials, it was reportedly last seen on Monday night at Keys Ferry Road & McCart Road in McDonough, Georgia.

With the unusual out-of-contact situation, the family of Medgar and Myrlie Evers announced the disappearance of Nicole Evers-Everette today and urged for everyone’s help to find her.

Search for Nicole Evers-Everette is ongoing, and everyone is praying for her safe return!

All while urging everyone to help find Nicole Evers-Everette, her mother, Reena, also mentioned that Niki (Nicole’s nickname) has a medical condition that requires regular medication.

As Niki does not have meds on her, Reena emphasized that the timing is very crucial for her safe return, and it has already been five days since her disappearance.

She also reported that they have sought help from law enforcement officials to locate Niki.

Similarly, Nicole’s cousin, Shirley Evers-Manly, also took to her Facebook wall to share the disappearance post, asking everyone to stay vigilant and report any sightings.

Georgia NAACP, a non-governmental and nonprofit organization, also issued an emotional plea for the granddaughter’s safe return.

Gerald Griggs, President of the Georgia NAACP, said, “Nicole is a beloved member of our community, and the entire Georgia NAACP is committed to bringing her home safely.” He urged everyone in Georgia and beyond to stay vigilant and support the search.
