The Gardai Police have launched a public appeal to trace the whereabouts of Justin O Connor, who had gone missing from his hometown. Despite constant efforts, officials haven’t retrieved valuable evidence.
Reports suggested that the 41-year-old disappeared from Celbridge, Kildare, on December 3, 2024. Justine O Connor was last seen wearing a ruby zip-up top, blue jeans, and Adidas runners.
Connor had driven off in his white Ford Focus with a 232 D 16565 registration number plate. His wife, Ciara Geoghegan, released details about his physical features for public knowledge.
Further, the missing is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, of medium build, bald with brown eyes. Connor hadn’t left any messages for his family, which was an infrequent behavior.
Family members informed the authorities that they weren’t aware of Connor’s travels or destination. Moreover, he had left the house early but without any suspicious items.
The officials tried to contact Connor’s phone, but it had been switched off before his wife reported him missing. As a result, they cannot pinpoint his exact location.
Meanwhile, friends and family members have circulated pamphlets on Facebook in hopes of gaining some information about his whereabouts.
Additionally, they have requested anyone who has seen or heard about Justin O Connor to contact the missing person hotline at the Leixlip Garda Station on 01 6667800 or 1800 666 111.
Justin O Connor was a father to three children and an avid football follower!
His wife describes Connor as a one-of-a-kind personality who always looks out for his children. Connor has two sons and one daughter, who recently celebrated her confirmation day at school.
Moreover, Connor was a MU Barnhall Rugby and Football Club member and often participated in local matches.
The missing player played for the team during their Winters Cup Semi-Final against the Terenure Rugby Team. Connor drove the team to score a winning point of 14-17, confirming their spot in the final.

Meanwhile, as the investigation proceeded, some speculated that they had noticed Connor’s car near the R403 and R405 regional roads.
However, the authorities have not confirmed such information, and they have urged the people to trust only verified news sources.
With the ongoing search, officers have yet to retrieve details about Connor’s intentions and belongings. They have requested users to refrain from spreading misinformation.
Similarly, community members have prayed for Connor’s safe return. One wrote, “I’m so sorry you’re going through this, Ciara. Please, God, Justin will be found safe and sound. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help.“
