A new lawsuit image of Dirk Nowitzki’s brother, Jonathan Nowitzki, accusing Mark Cuban of indecent assault and demanding a restraining order has surfaced on Twitter and even gone viral within hours.
It turns out the image is indeed real! D’Magazine reported that Jonathan Nowitzki filed a lawsuit against Mark Cuban in 2012.
As per the leaked image, Dirk Nowitzki’s brother, Jonathan, described that Mark Cuban put his tongue in his ear and put his hands down his pants. At the time, Jonathan stated that Mark Cuban was intoxicated, and his speech was slurred.

The owner of the Dallas Mavericks also offered to be Jonathan’s sugar daddy but later threatened Jonathan after he denied him.
When he told him that he ain’t homosexual and to stop whatever he was doing, Mark Cuban allegedly pointed at him with a Miller in his hand and went on to say: “You don’t deserve to be in this country. You people killed my family in Auchowitz [sic] Youi Germans k*lled Jews.“
Cuban, then, allegedly threw the Miller light at his head, choked and slapped him before letting him go with a stern warning, saying, “If you tell anyone about this incident, I will cut Dirk from the team, he will be jobless, I will amnesty his contract.“
Stating he felt scared and humiliated and that Cuban might assault him again, Jonathan Nowitzki sought a restraining order.

Now that the post has gone viral on social media, especially on X (formerly Twitter), many netizens are stating the news did not surprise them. One wrote, “Not shocked and this explains so so much.”
Meanwhile, another wrote, “I thought Cuban was a lesbian?! Damn this is a plot twist,” referencing Elon Musk’s recent diss when Mark Cuban appeared on MSNBC.

Nevertheless, the current leaked lawsuit image of Jonathan Nowitzki accusing Mark Cuban surprised everyone.
