Not all mom jokes have to be insulting, as Joe Flacco made a hilarious yet appropriate joke about Anthony Richardson’s mom, LaShawnda Cleare, in a post-game interview with the CBS Sports crew.
On Sunday, Joe Flacco was back on the field for the Indianapolis Colts after Anthony Richardson left the game with a hip injury. After defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers with a final score of 27-24, the veteran quarterback gave an interview with reporter Aditi Kinkhabwala.
After a brief conversation, Aditi quoted Anthony Richardson, who stated that he thinks Joe Flacco is cooler than him.

However, Joe Flacco argued, saying, “Listen, he (Anthony Richardson) told me that his mom, (LaShawnda Cleare) is eight days older than I am, so there’s no chance in the world he thinks I’m cool.“
After hearing his one-of-a-kind mom joke, we did some research, and it turned out to be true! According to various sources, Anthony Richardson was reportedly born on May 22, 2002, and his mom, LaShawnda Cleare, was just 17 years old at the time.
LaShawnda Cleare raised Anthony Richardson as a single mom, given his father, Will Richardson, was not always around!
Anthony Richardson was born in Miami, Florida, to his parents, LaShawnda Cleare and Will Richardson.
As per the Indianapolis Colts Rookie Files on Anthony Richardson, his mom was the only one who primarily raised him and his younger brother, Corey.
Reportedly, his father was not always around, so LaShawnda single-handedly raised two boys by taking multiple jobs and sacrificing her sleep.
Talking to the NFL, she said, “It was hard, I struggled, we didn’t have much, I had to work several jobs, a lot of hours without much sleep to pay for clothes, food, rent and bills.“
Despite all of those challenging circumstances, she supported Anthony Richardson’s passion and love for Football without any hesitation.
So, it makes more sense that Anthony Richardson never fails to show admiration for his mother.
Furthermore, just last year, on Mother’s Day, he released a rap song, Dear Mama, where he openly praised her for raising him along with his brother.

Anthony Richardson also mentioned that once, his mom donated plasma to get him the jacket he wanted.
Now, with a classy mom joke from Joe Flacco, Richardson’s mom is back in the spotlight for her age. As Joe Flacco was born on January 16, 1985, LaShawnda Cleare must have been born on January 8, 1985.
