IShowSpeed’s fan account, Speedy Updates, tweeted, “Speed reveals his new Girlfriend in the same phone case his EX, Amy, gifted him.“
The tweet even featured a screenshot of Speed’s story, alongside Amy gifting him the phone case. Given the history of Speed and Amy, this is rather a big deal to the fandom.

Darren Watkins, aka IShowSpeed, went on several dates with his girlfriend, Amy Flamy, while on a tour of South Korea in May 2024.
They primarily collaborated together on their content, but their chemistry hit it off. Following their stream date, Amy took to her TikTok handle, sharing her experience meeting Speed.
Their fans adored them as a couple, labeling them the ideal pair and wishing their relationship would last.
However, it did not last long after IShowSpeed talked with his hairdresser about Amy during his live stream session.
While Speed later confirmed he was trying to get a suggestion about Amy, his guest hairdresser’s comments rather sparked a fight between the pair, eventually becoming the root reason for parting ways.

Following mass criticism, Speed apologized to his fans and said, “I know I said that Amy was my girlfriend but chat she was never actually my girlfriend.”
